These Terms & Conditions apply to all products manufactured using 3D printing technology and sold via the Open 3D Prints website.

  1. Nature of 3D Printed Products

The customer acknowledges that all products are manufactured using 3D printing technology.

Due to the nature of this process:
• visible layer lines may occur
• minor surface imperfections are possible
• slight color variations may appear

3D printed products are not injection-molded products.
These characteristics are not considered defects.

  1. Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products include, but are not limited to:
• personalized text
• logos or graphics
• custom colors
• any product modified according to customer specifications

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)),
custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  1. Customer-Provided Content (Logos, Texts, Designs)

The customer confirms that:
• they hold the legal rights to use all provided logos, texts, and graphics
• the provided content does not infringe third-party rights

Open 3D Prints assumes no liability for intellectual property violations arising from customer-provided materials.

  1. Design Approval

If a digital preview or mock-up is provided:
• production begins only after customer approval
• approval confirms acceptance of:
• spelling
• layout
• dimensions
• overall appearance

Subsequent complaints related to approved designs will not be accepted.

  1. Production and Delivery Time
    • standard production time: 1–3 business days
    • delivery time depends on the selected carrier

Delays caused by the shipping provider do not entitle the customer to cancel the order.

  1. Warranty and Complaints

Complaints are accepted only in cases of:
• clear manufacturing defects
• incomplete or structurally failed prints

Complaints do not apply to:
• normal wear and tear
• mechanical damage
• improper use
• exposure to temperatures above 60 °C
• exposure to chemicals or UV radiation

  1. Product Use and Liability

Products are not certified for:
• safety-critical applications
• load-bearing structures
• medical use
• protective equipment

All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Open 3D Prints remain the intellectual property of Open 3D Prints unless agreed otherwise.

The customer receives the right to use the purchased product but not to:
• reproduce
• resell
• distribute
• commercially replicate the design

Additional production requires prior written agreement.

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used solely for order fulfillment and customer communication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden.
